For over 20 years, Austin Peay State University's chapter of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi has brought the joy of reading to children through its Candy for the Mind Halloween book distribution, part of the Student Government Association's annual G.H.O.S.T. event.
Now, those efforts are being recognized on the national stage for the first time . . .
