TRENTON, New Jersey, March 19 -- The New Jersey Assembly Democrats issued the following news release on March 18, 2024:
On the heels of its Women's History Month celebration, the General Assembly today approved AR122, a resolution condemning the recent Alabama Supreme Court ruling in LePage vs. Mobile Infirmary Clinic, which poses a threat to a woman's reproductive rights.
Assembly Democrats are proud of our commitment to reproductive freedoms, including IVF.
