WASHINGTON, March 14 -- Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, issued the following news release:

Today, U.S. Congressman Henry Cuellar, Ph.D. (TX-28) released a statement after the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency finalized a rule to address exposure to ethylene oxide emissions and reduce risk to cancer.

"I applaud the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for releasing a final rule today that will reduce the risk of cancer for individuals living near commercial sterili . . .
