WASHINGTON, March 13 -- Rep. Jahana Hayes, D-Connecticut, issued the following statement:
"Today, I voted no on the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act. I want to make clear that I recognize the extreme national security threat our foreign adversaries pose.
