PIERRE, South Dakota, March 7 -- Gov. Kristi Noem, R-South Dakota, issued the following news release on March 6, 2024:
Today, Governor Kristi Noem signed HB 1076, which requires the consideration of the definition of antisemitism when investigating unfair or discriminatory practices, into law.
