Today, Congressman Matt Rosendale (MT-02), announced Larry Mayer will be his guest for the State of the Union this week. Larry is a Billings Gazette photographer who was the first person to take a picture of the CCP spy balloon that flew over Montana and eventually was shot down over South Carolina on February 4th, 2023.
