Senator John Hoeven this week sent a letter, led by Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska), to U.S. Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall pressing the Air Force to begin implementing the cold weather special duty pay for servicemembers based in certain locations, including North Dakota.
