BEAUMONT, Texas, March 6 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Texas issued the following news release on March 5, 2024:

A Bon Wier man has been sentenced to more than 12 years in federal prison for trafficking drugs in the Eastern District of Texas, announced U.S. Attorney Damien M. Diggs today.

Charles Edward Isaac, 44, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine and possession of a firearm by a prohibited . . .
