WASHINGTON, March 4 -- Sen. John Hoeven, R-North Dakota, issued the following news release:
Senator John Hoeven today issued the following statement after the U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS) issued a unanimous decision overturning the State of Colorado's disqualification of former President Trump from the state's ballot. Earlier this year, Hoeven joined an amicus brief led by Senator Ted Cruz making the case against Colorado's decision and urging SCOTUS to reverse it.
