BECKLEY, West Virginia, March 2 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on March 1, 2024:
Savannah Elizabeth Todd, 31, of Beckley, pleaded guilty today to possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, cocaine and heroin.
According to court documents and statements made in court, on February 8, 2022, Todd sold approximately 3.5 grams of fentanyl for $550 to a confidential informant at her residence . . .
