WASHINGTON, March 2 -- Rep. Lisa Blunt Rochester, D-Delaware, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Tom Carper and Chris Coons, along with Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester (all D-Del.), announced a $75,320 grant to the City of Seaford through the U.S. Department of Energy's Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program. The grant will allow the City of Seaford to perform solar lighting retrofits on 52 existing streetlights in two outdoor public spaces. . . .
