NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, March 1 -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Louisiana issued the following news release:
Professor Alexander A. Reinert, who authored the pivotal article, "Qualified Immunity's Flawed Foundation", has filed an amicus brief in support of Mr. Wesley Pigott and his two children in Pigott v.
