WASHINGTON, Feb. 29 -- Rep. Troy Carter, D-Louisiana, issued the following news release on Feb. 28, 2024:

Today, Congressman Troy A. Carter, Sr. (D-L.A.) encouraged Louisiana residents to apply for Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan forgiveness during the goodwill exception period.
