Today, Nevada Attorney General Aaron D. Ford, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and a bipartisan coalition of attorneys general announced the filing of a lawsuit that challenges the proposed merger of Kroger and Albertsons, the two largest national supermarket chains in the country.
