BATON ROUGE, Louisiana, Feb. 22 -- The National Association for Gun Rights issued the following news release on Feb. 21, 2024:

The Louisiana Senate is rushing Senate Bill 1, Constitutional Carry, through the 2024 second special legislative session, and the National Association for Gun Rights delivered 80,000 petitions on day one of the special session urging passage with no anti-gun amendments to weaken the bill.
