CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas, Feb. 21 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Texas issued the following news release:
A 32-year-old Brownsville man has been sentenced for aggravated identity theft and straw purchasing in connection to a firearm purchasing scheme out of Texas into Mexico, announced U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani.
