N.H. U.S. Attorney: Derry Man Pleads Guilty to Attempting to Fraudulently Obtain Approximately $2.5 Million in COVID-19 Pandemic Relief Funds

CONCORD, New Hampshire, Feb. 21 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire issued the following news release:

A Derry man pleaded guilty yesterday in federal court to attempting to fraudulently obtain $2.5 million in COVID-19 pandemic relief funds, U.S. Attorney Jane E. Young announces.

David Dodge, 41, pleaded guilty to bank fraud. U.S. District Court Judge Paul J. Barbadoro scheduled sentencing for May 29, 2024. Dodge's wife and co-conspirato . . .
