WASHINGTON, Feb. 16 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued the following statement on Feb. 15, 2204, by Commissioner Allison Clements on a decision (Docket No. CP19-7-002) involving Tennessee Gas Pipeline Co. LLC:
