DES MOINES, Iowa, Feb. 15 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Iowa issued the following news release:
On February 14, 2024, a federal jury in Des Moines convicted Bradley Eugene Wendt, 47, of conspiring to make false statements to the ATF, making false statements to the ATF, and illegal possession of a machine gun.
