LANSING, Michigan, Feb. 15 -- Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel issued the following news release on Feb. 14, 2024:
Today, Glynn Merriewether, 59, of Livonia, was arraigned in the 54B District Court before Judge Lisa L. Babcock on five counts of Medicaid Fraud-False Claim, announced Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel. Each count is a 4-year felony additionally punishable by a fine of $50,000.
