WASHINGTON, Feb. 10 -- Rep. Hillary Scholten, D-Michigan, issued the following news release on Feb. 9, 2024:
Congressman Dan Kildee (MI-08) and Congresswoman Hillary Scholten (MI-03), co-chairs of the Child Labor Prevention Task Force, today issued the following statement after the U.S. Department of Labor fined a Michigan employer violating federal child labor law:
"The child labor violations in Troy are unacceptable, and we must be doing everything possible to p . . .
