NEWPORT, Rhode Island, Feb. 10 -- The Naval War College issued the following news:

U.S. Naval War College (NWC) President Rear Adm. Pete Garvin visited U.S. Pacific Fleet (PACFLT) headquarters in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, Feb. 7-8.

During the visit, Garvin met with PACFLT Commander Adm. Samuel Paparo and PACFLT Director of Maritime Operations Rear Adm. Daniel Martin.
