NASHVILLE, Tennessee, Feb. 9 -- Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti issued the following news on Feb. 8, 2024:
This week, Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti joined a 23-state coalition warning the current Administration and the Department of Energy that its "pause" on the export of liquified natural gas (LNG) is unlawful and will only serve to embolden America's adversaries, hamper the U.S.'s ability to protect itself, and harm the economy.
