TRENTON, New Jersey, Feb. 9 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey issued the following news release on Feb. 8, 2024:
A Monmouth County, New Jersey, man was sentenced today to 45 months for defrauding 14 victims of more than $1.2 million and fraudulently obtaining a loan of approximately $96,000 meant for small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced.
