WASHINGTON, Feb. 8 -- Rep. Donald M. Payne Jr., D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:
Rep. Donald M. Payne, Jr. voted against the latest supplemental appropriations bill because it failed to provide funding for Ukraine's defense, humanitarian aid for Palestinian civilians, and increased American border security. The bill, H.R. 7217, would provide $17.6 billion in emergency supplemental funding for Israel after the terrorist attack last October by Hamas, a terrorist group . . .
