NEW HAVEN, Connecticut, Feb. 8 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut issued the following news release on Feb. 7, 2024:
Vanessa Roberts Avery, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, today announced that LUIS FELICIANO, also known as "Louminaty," 39, of East Hartford, was sentenced yesterday by U.S. District Judge Michael P. Shea in Hartford to 132 months of imprisonment, followed by four years of supervised release, for traffic . . .
