Senator Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) and Congresswoman Betty McCollum (D-MN-04) introduced the Mississippi River Restoration and Resilience Initiative Act (MRRRI), legislation to establish an initiative to restore and protect the Mississippi River corridor.
