WASHINGTON, Feb. 3 -- The U.S. Department of Justice issued the following news release on Feb. 2, 2024:
A New Jersey man was sentenced today in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York to 72 months in prison and two years of supervised release for committing two separate mail fraud schemes in which he stole more than $50 million from victims throughout the United States by sending letters falsely telling them that they were entitled to receive a large sum of mone . . .
