RAPID CITY, South Dakota, Jan. 30 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of South Dakota issued the following news release on Jan. 29, 2024:
United States Attorney Alison J. Ramsdell announced today that U.S. District Judge Karen E. Schreier has sentenced a Rapid City, South Dakota, man convicted of Conspiracy to Distribute Fentanyl. The sentencing took place on January 25, 2024.
Ismael Hernandez, 30, was sentenced to 12 years and six months in federal pris . . .
