SAN ANTONIO, Texas, Jan. 26 -- The U.S. Justice Department Drug Enforcement Administration Houston Division issued the following news release on Jan. 25, 2024:
A former San Antonio doctor was sentenced in federal court yesterday to 30 months in prison for conspiring with others to dispense controlled substances without a legitimate medical purpose.
