HOUSTON, Texas, Jan. 16 -- Holland and Knight, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Holland & Knight advised QuarterNorth Energy Inc. (QNE) in its $1.29 billion acquisition by Talos Energy Inc. (NYSE: TALO). Consideration for the transaction consists of $965 million in cash paid by Talos and 24.8 million shares of Talos common stock.
