Today, Representative John James (MI-10) recognized the passage of his Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolution to overturn the Biden Administration's National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) joint employer rule. The rule has forced liability on companies for another business' employees even if they do not directly oversee them, and costs franchise and small businesses billions.
