WASHINGTON, Jan. 10 -- The White House Office of Management and Budget issued the following statement of administration policy on Jan. 8, 2024, on a joint resolution (H.J.Res. 98) providing for congressional disapproval under Chapter 8 of Title 5 of the U.S. Code, of the rule submitted by the National Labor Relations Board relating to a "Standard for Determining Joint Employer Status".
