Conn. A.G. Tong Issues Cease and Desist Letter to HighBazaar Over Recurring Unlicensed Cannabis Markets

HARTFORD, Connecticut, Jan. 5 -- Connecticut Attorney General William Tong issued the following news release on Jan. 4, 2024:

Attorney General William Tong today issued a cease and desist letter to HighBazaar, warning organizers that the unlicensed cannabis market appears to violate multiple state statutes. An additional letter was sent to the Masonic Temple Day Spring Lodge in Hamden, which currently hosts the market.
