BILLINGS, Montana, Jan. 3 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Montana issued the following news release:
A Butte woman who admitted to trafficking fentanyl pills in the Bozeman area was sentenced today to four years in prison, to be followed by five years of supervised release, U.S. Attorney Jesse Laslovich said.
Amber Marie Cody, 40, pleaded guilty in August 2023 to possession with intent to distribute fentanyl.
