CHEYENNE, Wyoming, Dec. 30 -- The Wyoming Judicial Branch issued the following news:
Governor Mark Gordon has appointed Robin Cooley to be a District Court Judge for the First Judicial District serving Laramie County. Cooley's appointment fills the vacancy left by the retirement of District Court Judge Thomas Campbell.
