CAPE GIRARDEAU, Missouri, Dec. 21 -- Southeast Missouri State University issued the following news:

Southeast Missouri State University will transition services provided by the APPLE Project to S.M.A.R.T. Senior Services.

APPLE is an outreach program that helps senior adults with Applications, Personal Papers, Legal and Environmental paperwork (APPLE). It is a free service provided to residents 60 years or older in Cape Girardeau, Perry, Scott, and Bollinger Counties.
