Governor Lee, Tenn. Economic Commissioner McWhorter Announce NewBasis, LLC to Establish Manufacturing Operations in Wilson County

NASHVILLE, Tennessee, Dec. 16 -- The Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development issued the following news on Dec. 14, 2023:

Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee, Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Stuart C. McWhorter and NewBasis, LLC officials announced today the company will invest $16.3 million to establish its first operations in Tennessee.

Through the project, NewBasis will create 249 new jobs in Wilson County.
