DES MOINES, Iowa, Dec. 15 -- The Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird issued the following news release on Dec. 13, 2023:
Today, Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird led a 26-state coalition in a letter to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, urging the Corps to allow oil and gas to flow through the Dakota Access that has safely operated from North Dakota to Illinois for over six years.
