WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Senator Bob Menendez (D-N.J.) issued the following statement on the Senate passage of the Conference Report for the Fiscal Year 2024 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) by a bipartisan vote of 87-13:
