DETROIT, Michigan, Dec. 8 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan, Dawn N. Ison, issued the following news release:
A Southfield man pleaded guilty today to conspiracy to commit wire fraud, in connection with an extensive, multi-million-dollar cell phone upgrade fraud scheme, announced United States Attorney Dawn N. Ison.
