DETROIT, Michigan, Dec. 8 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan, Dawn N. Ison, issued the following news release:
Commerce Township resident Ryan T. Carruthers was sentenced to two years and three months in prison yesterday for defrauding the Small Business Administration and various banks out of approximately $851,000 as part of a pandemic relief fraud scheme, announced United States Attorney Dawn N.
