Nebraska's Senators Raise Concerns with Ineffective Emergency Relief Program for Producers

WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 -- Sen. Deb Fischer, R-Nebraska, issued the following news release:

U.S. Senators Deb Fischer (R-Neb.) and Pete Ricketts (R-Neb.) joined their colleagues in the Senate and House of Representatives to call attention to issues regarding the 2022 Emergency Relief Program (ERP). In a recent letter to U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Secretary Thomas Vilsack, the Senators highlighted ongoing producer concerns with the new program.
