WASHINGTON, Dec. 7 -- Rep. Thomas Kean Jr., R-New Jersey, issued the following news release on Dec. 5, 2023:

Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the One Seat Ride Act (H.R. 1547) 356 - 61.
