WASHINGTON, Nov. 30 -- Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, issued the following news release on Nov. 29, 2023:

Today, U.S. Congressman Henry Cuellar, Ph.D. (TX-28) released the following statement after Mines Road in Webb County was named the 2nd Most Congested Road Segment for Trucks in a report by the Texas A&M Transportation Institute.
