BURLINGTON, Vermont, Nov. 16 -- The University of Vermont issued the following news:
The Fifth National Climate Assessment is out and Prof. Lesley-Ann Dupigny-Giroux, the University of Vermont (UVM) co-author of the flagship U.S. climate change report, calls the findings stark, but hopeful.
