WASHINGTON, Nov. 8 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued the following statement by Commissioner Mark C. Christie on a decision (Dockets No. ER23-2612-001, ER23-2612-002) involving PJM Transmission Projects Cost Allocation:
