Kustoff, Schneider Introduce Legislation to Revoke Tax-Exempt Status to Nonprofits Supporting Hamas

WASHINGTON, Nov. 15 (TNSres) -- Rep. David Kustoff, R-Tennessee, issued the following news release on Nov. 14, 2023:

Today, Congressman David Kustoff (R-TN) and Congressman Brad Schneider (D-IL) introduced bipartisan legislation to revoke the tax-exempt status for any organization that provides financial support or resources to designated terrorist groups.

Recent reports have indicated that U.S. based, tax-exempt nonprofits may be providing funding and support to Hamas. . . .
