MARSHALL, Texas, Nov. 8 -- Texas State Technical College issued the following news:
Texas State Technical College hosted a Texas High School Welding Series (TXHSWS) regional welding competition on Friday, Nov. 3, at the college's Marshall campus.
The student competitors were scored on a pass/fail system, and those who passed received an American Welding Society certification.
