DETROIT, Michigan, Nov. 4 -- The Southeast Michigan Council of Governments issued the following news release:

SEMCOG, the Southeast Michigan Council of Governments, announces the public comment period for an amendment to the FY 2023-2026 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and the 2045 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP). The RTP is a long-range vision and strategy that directs investment in the regional transportation system.
